Q1:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A:We have our own 4 factories to produce 60% products by our-self ,including cylinder head gasket, ignition wire set, fuel pump, filter, rubber parts, chain, CV joint etc, rest 40% we purchase from our boss's relatives&friends to make sure you get cheapest price. And these factories working with us over 10 years.
Q2:What can you supply to me?
A:We could supply all kinds of car accessories and auto spare parts, Besides ,we provide OEM service, shipping service and QC service as well to make sure you get ONE-STOP purchase process from us.
Q3:Can you customize the products as per our request?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product based on your idea and budget. Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: All samples will be free if unit cost under 20USD,but the freight should be on your side. If you have express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have you can send express cost to our Paypal account, any sample cost could be returned when you make order.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
